That stance in the bottom picture... needs a model. Also her eyes would be open a lot more. When you're aiming your looking at what you're gonna shoot. But her hips? I's like she broke her spine. Still, I'm glad she's all covered up so bugs won't bite her in awkward areas.
This is pretty, but as I tell everyone who makes this mistake when drawing "archers" THE ARROW IS ON THE WRONG SIDE!!! And you can't shoot in that pose. Again, this is pretty, just the stance and grip is very wrong.
Something in her position is a bit... strange. I'm not sure. Maybe in her hips, they look almost as if she was flirting. In that pose you have to be really stable and with the legs a bit spread so hips don't do that.
